The Supporting Safe Tenancies – Strengthening the Real Estate Response – will be held on Wednesday, 28th July.
SafeHome Alliance is proud to be participating in this important event for all local real estate industry professionals.
Our founder Laura Valenti has been invited to speak and has been involved in planning the event.
The free workshop is designed to inform and educate everyone working in the real estate industry on how to recognise the signs of DFV and examining how to make every agency ready to lead the way in managing tenancies for vulnerable families.
The REIQ is supporting the event by allocating 25 points towards their Continuing Professional Development accreditation for any member who attends. This is a great initiative as it embeds DFV education in the professional training.
Hosted by Mercy Community’s Domestic Violence Systems Coordination team, it will include speakers from Solutions Property Management, Broken to Brilliant, Purpose Real Estate, Coast2Bay Housing Group, Women’s Legal Service and CADA (Centre Against Domestic Abuse) covering Domestic and Family Violence awareness in particular Financial Abuse, and how agents can help your local community.
All Real Estate Agents based in Moreton Bay have been invited and are strongly encouraged to attend the free workshop – simply register for your free ticket HERE.
